Bighouse Memories
We couldn't have asked for better weather, and we saw (and smelled) salmon, saw (and heard) bats, and even saw a bear from a safe distance. The children experienced Coast Salish life as it was 300 years ago. They were enthusiastic and well behaved. They enjoyed doing chores! Thanks again to the parent elders.

Hallowe'en Treats
Hello Parents:
I hope you are enjoying the beautiful weekend. On Thursday, Halloween day, our class will participate in the parade and then related activities. If you would like to provide a small treat for each of the students, this would be welcome. Please let me know in advance, as 2 or 3 treats per student is probably enough.
Thank you

Olivia demonstrated how to stay warm and dry at the Bighouse. Warm footwear and toques are important. Everyone should have dry clothes to change into in case clothes get wet. Think sun!
