Zones of Regulation

The students started their Health and Career Unit on the Zones of Regulation with Ms. Wong this past week. As an introduction, Ms. Wong asked the students to try visualizing their emotions by painting anger, excited, calm and depressed. The students were able to come up with some very creative and thoughtful artwork.
